Zach Duer

I created the collage imagery for an invited, live zoom performance. This was a short-notice opportunity with a turn around of just a few days. While I normally take months or years to create a work, with a great deal of attention to every detail, I thoroughly enjoy occasionally being forced to produce something in very little time. Every decision must be made and then immediately set aside, in an almost improvisational process. I also enjoy the opportunity to make a piece that will only live once, as this one was intended to. It had its moment, and can now rest.
